These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent by The Story Emporium & Bookshop LLC (“The Story Emporium & Bookshop,” “SE&B,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. SMS Program

By opting in to receive text messages from The Story Emporium & Bookshop, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages related to our bookstore, café, events, products, services, promotions, special offers, and other bookish happenings.

Messages may include event reminders, new-arrival announcements, special deals, promotions, and other updates from SE&B.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from The Story Emporium & Bookshop at the number you provided.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from SE&B.

Your consent applies only to text messages from The Story Emporium & Bookshop and does not authorize unrelated third-party marketing messages.

3. Message Frequency

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive promotional SMS messages from SE&B unless you separately opt in again.

10. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
