Join us for a heartfelt and encouraging end-of-summer storytime featuring Chrysanthemum by Kevin Henkes! Together we’ll follow Chrysanthemum as she learns to love her unique name and discover the importance of kindness, confidence, and being true to yourself–all while overcoming first-day jitters as the school year begins! After storytime, we’ll enjoy a few fun discussion questions before children create their own flower pencil crafts—bright, cheerful reminders that everyone can grow beautifully in their own way to take home!
