Make a splash at The Story Emporium & Bookshop with a magical Meet a Mermaid & Bubble Party—happening outdoors right outside the shop! Join us for an enchanting open-air experience where little ones can meet a real mermaid, hear ocean-inspired stories, and play beneath a sky full of bubbles.

Guests will enjoy a lively bubble party filled with floating fun, music, and hands-on play, plus the chance to chat, take photos, and interact with our mermaid friend. We’ll also have a themed storytime, simple crafts, and plenty of whimsical moments perfect for making memories in the sunshine.

Plus, we’re thrilled to welcome talented artists from Happy Days Face Painting, who will be offering beautiful, ocean-themed face painting to add an extra splash of magic to the day!
